The issues as I know them right now are:

I do not find the 1939 offset printing mentioned by Tenorio. That does not mean that it does not exist!

I have typed:

1. The typographed issue on the CL1A paper from 1939, and accompanying "Servicio Oficial."
2. The typographed issue on the CL1B paper from 1941, and accompanying "Servicio Oficial."

Next:

3. The 1942 1Ex, and accompanying "Servicio Oficial."
4. Reddish Brown with watermark 1, and watermark 2?
5. The NGR issue.
6. The NOP issue.
7. The second watermark issues, for which looks like there are two, one reddish and one dark brown.
8. The second batch of clays, the very dark browns from 1950.
9. The 1L issue with normal design size. There may be more than one 1L paper.
10. The small die 1L issue.
